Whanganui’s Regional Film Office is based within its economic development team at Whanganui & Partners. It works closely with the New Zealand Film Commission and the Regional Film Office network. Established in 2020, we attract exciting new screen productions to the district as well as supporting and promoting our local creative industries. Film Whanganui is the first point of contact for screen production enquiries to Whanganui.
