Hoop Nation Junior Showcase

The Junior Showcase is New Zealand’s only Amateur Athletic Union style event, offering local athletes a unique chance to experience AAU-level basketball before heading to compete in the United States.

The Junior Showcase is New Zealand’s only event offering athletes the opportunity to compete in an Amateur Athletic Union (AAU)-style basketball tournament. Hosted at the Whanganui Community Sports Centre, it features 8 divisions for boys and girls across various age groups. The event provides a platform for young talent to gain valuable experience before playing in the U.S. AAU circuit.
