Hanoi student wins scholarship for Whanganui study
Whanganui and Hanoi share very few similarities but that’s part of the appeal for Vietnamese student Vu Thi Bang Trang, who has won a scholarship to study at Whanganui High School in 2024.
Are you an experienced executive assistant and administration manager who can be the lynchpin of our organisation’s operational excellence?
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the organisation from an administrative perspective, overseeing all financial processes and providing support to the Chief Executive and Whanganui & Partners Board.
You will possess exemplary organisational and planning skills and be charged with a high level of responsibility. You’ll have an eye for detail, enjoy variety and be a trusted aide of the Chief Executive.
To be successful in the role, you will need to have a strong understanding of payroll and accounting systems and know what it takes to ensure an organisation’s processes enable and deliver on best practices. Your strong communication skills will be married with a pragmatism that ensures work adheres to standards set out in organisational plans and policies.

This is a full-time permanent role.
