Making sure local business practices are Lean, Smart and digitally adept is the aim of a series of unique events and opportunities soon to be delivered in Whanganui.
This Whanganui & Partners collaboration aims to further develop Māori entrepreneurs in Whanganui. The Pakihi Māori Summit will celebrate business progress to date, and connect Māori businesses to further support services and agencies in the business development space (locally and nationally). The outcomes for this project are:
- Enable Māori businesses to be engaged in further business support services and pathways
- Celebrate & highlight the success of start-up Māori businesses
- Establish a framework for Māori business development as an eco-system in Whanganui to ensure future prosperity
- Convert early ideas & business concepts into successful businesses
