Reporting to the Manager isite, we are looking for an exceptional front-facing customer service consultant to increase our pool of staff for the busy summer period. Fixed Term permanent part-time position, at 22 hours per week (includes weekends), ending March 2024. This role requires flexibility to cover roster needs around peak periods, staff leave, and to be available at short notice.
We would love to find a cheerful and energetic person to join our team, you must demonstrate good listening and questioning techniques to ensure clients receive accurate information and sales are achieved where possible. You will need an ability to process bookings and ensure customers are satisfied with the quality of information they receive. If you thrive in teams and busy environments, have exceptional customer service and extensive local knowledge, and enjoy challenges and multi-tasking, we want to hear from you. Full training will be provided on the job.
