Back for its fifth year is Whanganui’s annual Pride Week – celebrating all Rainbow/LGBTTQIA+ people!

February 24 – March 2

Whanganui Pride Week is full of events and celebrations! You can visit the pop-up Pride Hub and check out all the incredible pieces in a Pride Art Exhibition. Enjoy the incredible Long Lunch on the Dublin Street Bridge, or get your glitter and tassels out for the annual Pride Party – from a wedding to burlesque to pole to interpretive dance, and of course, show-stopping drag artists. The party to end all parties!
